Asa Langston is the Program Director at FAVOR Lowcountry, a Recovery Community Organization dedicated to supporting those affected by substance use disorders. In long-term recovery since June 21, 2018, Asa became a Certified Peer Support Recovery Specialist in October 2020. Since joining FAVOR Lowcountry in October 2022, her personal journey and professional expertise have made her a vital part of the organization, where she leads programs to foster resilience and hope.
Asa is also a junior at the College of Charleston, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Studies with minors in Sociology and Communication. Asa's story is a testament to perseverance, continuous learning, and community service.
